We are simplifying our billing to make your experience more convenient and easier to manage. After you or a family member receive care at one of our facilities, you will receive a single, easy-to-read billing statement for most services.

Please note this billing change affects current payment plans. Current payment plans will need to be re-established. Details are below.

 

Elliot Health System Billing

Care received at Elliot Hospital, Elliot Medical Group primary and specialty care practices, and The Elliot Visiting Nurses Association (The Elliot VNA) will now appear in a single billing statement. In some cases, you may continue to receive separate bills for services provided at The Elliot 1-Day Surgery and Endoscopy Center or specialists who are not part of Elliot Health System, including anesthesiologists, pathologists, radiologists, and other independent providers.

If you have an existing payment plan, you will need to re-establish your Elliot Health System payment plan by taking one of the following steps:

  • Call 603-338-6913
  • Access your MyChart account (see below for instructions)

If you would like to request financial assistance or need help paying your Elliot Health System bill, please call 603-663-7235.

 

Southern New Hampshire Health Billing

Care received at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center and Foundation Medical Partners’ primary and specialty care services will now appear together in a single statement. In some cases, you will continue to receive separate bills for services provided by The Surgery Center of Greater Nashua or specialists who not part of the Southern New Hampshire Health system, including anesthesiologists, pathologists, radiologists, and other independent providers.

If you have an existing payment plan, you will need to re-establish your Southern New Hampshire Health payment plan by taking one of the following steps:

Home Health & Hospice Care Billing

Care received from Home Health & Hospice Care of Merrimack, including Home Health Services, Palliative Services, and/or Hospice Services will now appear together on a single statement. In some cases, you may continue to receive separate bills for services provided by primary care, specialists, or independent providers including anesthesiologists, pathologists, or radiologists.

If you have an existing payment plan, you will need to re-establish your Home Health & Hospice Care payment plan by taking one of the following steps:

How to Re-Establish a Monthly Payment Plan in MyChart

Step 1: Log In

  • Go to MyChart.SolutionHealth.org and sign in with your username and password.

Step 2: Go to Billing

  • From the Menu, select Billing.

Step 3: Choose ‘Set Up Payment Plan’

  • Look for the option that says, “Set Up Payment Plan”.
  • Select all dates of service you want included in your payment plan.

Step 4: Enter Payment Details

  • Select your monthly payment amount; Minimum payment will be shown based on your balance.
  • Choose the payment due date (1–28). This is the day of the month that your payment will be due.

Step 5: Add Payment Method

  • Enter your credit/debit card or bank account information.

Step 6: Review & Confirm

  • Check your plan details.
  • Click “Start Plan” to activate.
