Sherry Hausmann

President and CEO
Interim President, Southern New Hampshire Health

Sherry joined SolutionHealth as the system’s first CEO in July, 2018. Prior to leading SolutionHealth, she had served as Regional Hospital President for Via Christi Health, the largest integrated health delivery system in Kansas, and a member of Ascension Health. Prior to Via Christi, Sherry served in a series of leadership and executive roles at SSM Healthcare over more than 12 years.

Kelly Corbi

Chief Operating Officer

Kelly is an accomplished healthcare executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across the health service delivery industry.  She has held progressive and diverse leadership roles with broad experience in a variety of settings including hospital systems, long-term care, managed care, start-ups and acquisitions.  Before joining SolutionHealth, Kelly served as the Chief Integration Officer for LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD, a five-hospital health system. During her time at Lifebridge, she also served as the Chief Operating Officer/Executive Site Lead for Northwest Hospital, a 276-licensed bed facility, as well as Senior Vice President for LifebridgeHealth with accountability for several clinical service lines.  Prior to LifeBridge, Kelly was the Chief Administrative Officer at Meritus Health and held senior leadership roles at UnitedHealthcare and HCR*ManorCare.  Kelly received her MBA from Mount St. Mary’s University and her Bachelor of Science Degree from Penn State University.  She lives with her husband and three children in Bedford, New Hampshire.

Stephen Norton

Chief Strategy Officer

Steve most recently served as the Senior Vice President for Strategic Planning at the Elliot Health System, a member of SolutionHealth. He is the former Executive Director of the New Hampshire Center for Public Policy Studies, a private non-profit and non-partisan think tank engaged in health, education, and other state policy, whose mission was to enhance and enrich conversations on issues of critical importance to New Hampshire’s future. In addition to his many speaking engagements and research projects, Steve has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of New Hampshire. Prior to joining the Center in 2005, he worked for the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, most recently as the State’s Medicaid director. Between 1990 and 1998, he worked as a Research Associate at the Urban Institute in Washington, DC where he conducted health services research.

Greg Baxter, MD

Chief Clinical Officer
President, Elliot Health System

Dr. Baxter, a board-certified emergency medicine physician, was named President of Elliot Health System after serving for 10 years as Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Baxter has been with Elliot Health System since 2003 when he joined and led the emergency physician provider group, growing it to 17 physicians and 10 advanced care providers by 2008. At that time, he was named Vice President of Medical Affairs serving as a liaison to the medical staff, Elliot Board of Directors, and management. In 2009, Dr. Baxter was appointed Chief Medical Officer and has served in this leadership role for nine years. In 2020, he took on the role of Chief Clinical Officer.

William Lewkowski

Chief Information Officer

Prior to joining SolutionHealth in January 2019, Bill was a member of the leadership team of Metro Health, part of University of Michigan Health, a multi-hospital health system where he served most recently as Chief Strategy Officer, a role preceded by 21 years as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Bill is leading SolutionHealth’s roll-out of an integrated EMR, Epic – the gold standard in the health care industry.

John Friberg, Esq.

Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel

John joined Elliot Health System in 2007 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. During his tenure at Elliot, John held a number of leadership positions in addition to his role as General Counsel, including Interim Co-Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Elliot Health System, he was a partner in the national law firm of Nixon Peabody and an intelligence officer with the Central Intelligence Agency.

Joe Felkner, MHA

Chief Financial Officer

Joe joined SolutionHealth in May of 2020 an interim financial advisor. In September of 2020 he was named Chief Financial Officer. Joe is an accomplished leader with 35 years in the health care industry. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Health First, an integrated delivery network based in Rockledge, Florida. In the past, he has also practiced as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Ohio. He earned both his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and his Master of Health Administration from The Ohio State University.
