Brad has served in multiple executive management roles in publicly traded and privately held healthcare provider and payor organizations throughout his career. He comes to SolutionHealth with more than 25 years of healthcare business management experience, with prior executive leadership positions at Apria Healthcare, Oxford Health Plans and Healthsource, Inc. He is a native of southern New Hampshire and brings a wealth of experience in strategy, business development, and network management. As CEO, Brad is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction that will position SolutionHealth’s future growth and success. He will work in collaboration with executive leadership at member organizations to provide resources needed to deliver care for patients and support for employees.

Greg Baxter, MD

Dr. Baxter, a board-certified emergency medicine physician, was named President of Elliot Health System after serving for 10 years as Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Baxter has been with Elliot Health System since 2003 when he joined and led the emergency physician provider group, growing it to 17 physicians and 10 advanced care providers by 2008. At that time, he was named Vice President of Medical Affairs serving as a liaison to the medical staff, Elliot Board of Directors, and management. In 2009, Dr. Baxter was appointed Chief Medical Officer and has served in this leadership role for nine years. In 2020, he took on the role of Chief Clinical Officer.

Colin T. McHugh
President & CEO, Southern New Hampshire Health
Colin McHugh, a trusted healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience, joined Southern New Hampshire Health (SNHH) as president and chief executive officer in April 2022. Prior to this role, McHugh was senior vice president and chief value officer for SolutionHealth, the regional health system created when SNHH and Elliot Health System combined in 2018. While with SolutionHealth, McHugh stepped in as interim president of SNHH in 2020, leading the organization through a leadership transition, the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the implementation of the Epic electronic medical record.
Prior to joining SNHH and SolutionHealth, McHugh served in various executive leadership roles, gaining a wealth of experience in integrated health care delivery and value-based payment models. These previous roles include senior vice president of network development and contracting at MaineHealth; interim president & CEO of Synernet, Inc.; and vice president of provider engagement and contracting for Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Arts from The University of Connecticut.

Joe joined SolutionHealth in May of 2020 an interim financial advisor. In September of 2020 he was named Chief Financial Officer. Joe is an accomplished leader with 35 years in the health care industry. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Health First, an integrated delivery network based in Rockledge, Florida. In the past, he has also practiced as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Ohio. He earned both his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and his Master of Health Administration from The Ohio State University.

John Friberg, Esq.
Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel
John joined Elliot Health System in 2007 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. During his tenure at Elliot, John held a number of leadership positions in addition to his role as General Counsel, including Interim Co-Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Elliot Health System, he was a partner in the national law firm of Nixon Peabody and an intelligence officer with the Central Intelligence Agency.

William Lewkowski

Prior to joining SolutionHealth in January 2019, Bill was a member of the leadership team of Metro Health, part of University of Michigan Health, a multi-hospital health system where he served most recently as Chief Strategy Officer, a role preceded by 21 years as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Bill is leading SolutionHealth’s roll-out of an integrated EMR, Epic – the gold standard in the health care industry.

Stephen Norton
Chief Strategy Officer
Steve most recently served as the Senior Vice President for Strategic Planning at the Elliot Health System, a member of SolutionHealth. He is the former Executive Director of the New Hampshire Center for Public Policy Studies, a private non-profit and non-partisan think tank engaged in health, education, and other state policy, whose mission was to enhance and enrich conversations on issues of critical importance to New Hampshire’s future. In addition to his many speaking engagements and research projects, Steve has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of New Hampshire. Prior to joining the Center in 2005, he worked for the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, most recently as the State’s Medicaid director. Between 1990 and 1998, he worked as a Research Associate at the Urban Institute in Washington, DC where he conducted health services research.

Leonard Pansa
Interim Chief Human Resources Officer
Lenny is a senior-level healthcare human resources leader with considerable experience throughout New England. He joined SolutionHealth as interim CHRO in October 2021 after eighteen years with Trinity Health. Most recently he served for five years as Senior Vice President/Chief Human Resources Officer for Trinity Health of New England and the Northeast region of Trinity Health. The region includes acute care hospitals as well as significant provider groups in Connecticut, Massachusetts and New Jersey. Lenny is returning to New Hampshire after nineteen years, where he previously served as Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for Southern New Hampshire Health. He was a member of the SNHH leadership team for twenty years with increasing levels of responsibility. He earned his undergraduate in Health Administration from Providence College and a Graduate Degree in Health Administration from George Washington University.
