Many cancers require a combination of surgical oncology, medical oncology, and radiation oncology. Radiation oncology is the treatment of cancer through high-energy radiation. At the SolutionHealth Cancer Institute, we use state-of-the-art radiation therapy to shrink tumors or kill cancer cells.

At the SolutionHealth Cancer Institute, a majority of the radiation oncology treatments are delivered through what’s called a linear accelerator.
