More than 100 nurse leaders from Elliot Health System and Southern New Hampshire Health recently attended a SolutionHealth program that featured a nationally renowned speaker, Ginny Beeson, MSN, NEA-BC. Ms. Beeson spoke on both “Working with Disruptive Behaviors” and “Courageous Leadership”. The program also included a collaborative group discussion focused on idea generation for joint nursing projects across SolutionHealth, and presentations from SNHMC and EHS. SNHMC’s presentation on “Civility Training” reflected a program that has been shared at national conferences, and EHS presented a program on “Improved Occurence Reporting In Ambulatory Settings to Improve Patient Safety, also based on national conference presentation.
