The SolutionHealth Cancer Institute is a comprehensive multi-site program designed with the patient in mind.
In collaboration with Mass General Cancer Center, Southern New Hampshire Health and The Elliot offer access to surgical oncology, medical oncology, radiation oncology, and support services to give our patients the best chance for the best outcome.
Leading our work is Medical Director Peter Crow, MD, and Executive Director Marsha Clements, RN, MSN/Ed, PhD, OCN.
In his role as Medical Director of the SolutionHealth Cancer Institute, Dr. Crow provides clinical oversight and leadership across both our Nashua and Manchester locations. He works in close collaboration with colleagues at The Elliot and Southern New Hampshire Health, as well as those at Massachusetts General Cancer Center, to support, promote, and grow SolutionHealth’s oncology services and programs. He is also be responsible for directing clinical services, including program development, provider oversight and development, clinical trials, access, patient satisfaction, growth and volumes, philanthropy, and clinical quality for the SolutionHealth Cancer Institute in addition to maintaining his clinical practice.
Dr. Crow studied medicine at Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons before completing residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at the University of Virginia Health Science Center. He has been on staff at The Elliot and in private practice for 20 years.
Clements has oversight of staff and their practice in all areas of the cancer institute across both our Manchester and Nashua locations. She works in collaboration with Dr. Crow to direct clinical services, including program development, clinical trials, access, patient satisfaction, growth and volumes, philanthropy, and clinical quality for the SolutionHealth Cancer Institute.
She has most recently served as Director of Oncology for the Solinsky Center for Cancer Care. In a previous role, she was part of the Mass General Brigham family, having served as Nursing Director for Hematology, Oncology, and Bone Marrow Transplant group at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
Clements received her BSN from Saint Anselm College and went on to receive her MSN/Ed and PhD in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. Her PhD focused on nursing engagement and patients and families feeling known by their nurses. Her entire 17-year career has been in oncology, with the last 13 years in a leadership role.
