September is World Alzheimer’s Month. According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Alzheimer’s disease is one of the top 10 leading causes of death in the United States.

In 2014, an estimated 5 million Americans aged 65 years or older had Alzheimer’s disease. The CDC says this number is projected to nearly triple to 14 million people by 2060.

To help raise awareness, Jessica Rhee, PsyD, from Elliot Health System and Sachin Dave, MD, from Southern New Hampshire Health dive deeper into the disease, the symptoms, plus ways to help families cope. Click here to listen: https://vimeo.com/454065472
